Happy Birthday!

Today I bring you another birthday card using DCWV's stack-a-holic inspiration challenge for the base.

The 'happy' portion on the Birthday sentiment is vinyl.

 I just had this cupcake in my library. I liked the layers of it so I felt it was fitting!
