For this card, I grabbed the Lori Whitlock base file from the Silhouette Store. ***Sugar Tip*** The flame for the candles on this file need to be flipped horizontally to fit the outside of the candle. If you cut it as the file comes, the flames do not fit correctly. So simply flip them and it is fixed!
After I chose my file, I decided to use DCWV's Confetti stack and modify the card to what I wanted.

With the small pieces, I decided to use my Xyron Create a Sticker so that I didn't get warped pieces from using glue.
This is also when I discovered that the flames for the candles were backwards. See the Sugar Tip up above to fix this issue!Final Project:
One of the modifications I did was remove the 'Happy' and 'Birthday' banner to replace it with the recipient's name.
The next addition I did was an embossed sentiment using a random stamp and Ranger Ink's gold embossing powder.
Since I know that Beth would know how to work this card, that is why I decided to make her the flexi card and I know she loves the Confetti stack as well.
