Hello all. This week the Xyron design team has teamed up with DCWV to showcase some of their newest double sided stacks. Now it is no secret that I am a huge fan of DCWV's paper so I wanted to do a project that was based around using all the paper I could from the 'Electric Jungle' stack.

One of the reasons why I am such a huge fan of DCWV papers is because they cut well with my machines. But more so the colors, themes, and the double sided papers are definitely my favorite features.
Sticking to the jungle theme, I decided to make some inspirational tags with a matching box. After choosing my files, I had a hard time picking my paper because there were so many options.
But with the double sided papers I was able to utilized the backside and coordinate the envelopes with the tags.
This stack didn't have any wood grain paper in it, which was totally fine because that meant I got to use my Sizzix Big Shot to emboss the grain on some heavy duty Bazzill cardstock (Milkshake).
After cutting out each element, I ran the smaller ones through my Xyron Creative Station®.
Below is an example of how the double sided paper is useful. I didn't have to go search for a different color to do the scuba mask, I just flipped the image and cut it out at the same time as cutting the tag out. Effectively saving time and paper.
For the envelopes, I used the Teresa Collins Mega Runner by Xyron® with the Teresa Collins ¼” Mega Runner refill in it. The 1/4" was a perfect fit for the envelope sides.
Sticking to using as much DCWV paper from this stack as I could, I decided that the tags on this sheet would work perfectly for the messages I wanted to showcase on each insert.
Once the tags were all cut, I took my hole punch and some brads to assemble.
Next I cut out all the pieces to assemble the flip flop box. I decided to cut the main box out of some more heavy duty Bazzill cardstock (Robin's Egg) so that the box was super sturdy.
By using the Tape Runner, I didn't have to wait for glue to dry so this flip flop took me less than 20 minutes to make from cut to assemble.
